Let's face it, you are interested in doing some work on your house, and you’re looking for a trustworthy contractor. Perhaps one who is as money conscious as you are, or who understands you work hard for your money. You’re hoping they will not cut corners or sacrifice quality, and that will take pride in making sure that an investment such as your home, is completed professionally and with minimal mess.

My name is Jeff Cole, and as the owner of Cole Renovations and Construction, I am a budget oriented perfectionist. I work within your means and present realistic time-frames to complete your renovation or improvement. I enjoy being detail oriented, and strive for flawless results every time.

At Cole Renovation & Construction, we strive to make all of our customers happy. There is nothing more satisfying to me than a client’s reaction to seeing their vision completed, and not breaking the bank to do so.

We do it all. From full custom home builds, additions, complete renovations to both commercial and residential, insurance restoration, landscape construction including Interlock, pattern concrete, decks, fences etc. roofing, windows, doors, foundation repair.

No job is too small, and you can expect same passion for quality!

We expect and only work with perfection. I have worked very hard to select the right trades to complete any specialized aspect of any project. I have trusted relationships with licensed plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, etc. If it requires a licensed technician in anyway, your investment is always held at the utmost care, and the most proficient people will always be consulted.

We are not a pizza delivery with borders and boundaries. Although we generally work out of the GTA/Durham Region area, no place is out of reach.
